L'appartement en lui même est tres confortable et spacieux. L'atout majeur : les deux salles de bains et toilettes. Petit plus pour le balcon. L'appartement était propre et bien rangé à notre arrivée. Cuisine fonctionnelle et bel espace à vivre dans le salon, salle à manger, les chambres sont également spacieuses. Le seul point faible est l'insonorisation de la porte d'entrée, les fenêtres en double vitrage sont en revanche assez efficaces et heureusement car la rue est très bruyante. L'acceuil un peu froid mais efficace pour les dernières formalités.

Great location, only a 10 minute walk to las Ramblas with a metro station a 20 second walk away. Apartments had a nice view either side and beds/sofa beds were so comfy! Great stay and would recommend!

Excellent spacious apartment. Eric was great. Cannot beat this location. Apartment was so clean and the kitchen was great. Metro was right outside. Walkable to las ramblas, gothic quarter, port vell and parc Montjuic. Loads of restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommended. Just needs to add one more garbage can to apt. Only has one in kitchen for entire apt.

Éramos un grupo de 5 personas y la verdad que el apartamento estaba genial, muy limpio. Está ubicado de manera que estás cerca de todos los sitios, bocas de metro, comercios, restaurantes... Incluso puedes ir andando a algunos lugares emblemáticos como Montjuic o Plaza España. Nuestra experiencia ha sido buena y repetiremos si volvemos a Barcelona.

Todo estaba muy limpio y la zona estaba muy cerca de Montjuic, tanto que volvimos andando. Repetiremos!

All good and conford, have 2 point not good wifi not good connection and the electric too small we cook and washing mesin on electric can be stakel... Tq

Great place to stay - very basic but had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, easy to get to. Close to all transport links. Very friendly staff. Secure accommodation with cameras everywhere - peace of mind for your security - would definitely go back.

Ottima posizione vicino alla metro e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla rambla; appartamento grande, pulito e ben arredato, con tutto l'occorrente: accessori cucina, lenzuoli letto e asciugamani, phon. Cortesia del personale che ci accolto prima dell'orario del check-in e disponibilità a tenere le valigie dopo il check out.

The apartment and staff were great. But I think there could have been a kettle in apartment and we had to ask for tea towel. All the Air bnb I have stayed at always leave the basics like tea/coffee milk and sugar but there was nothing at this apartment. Also shower was a little grubby.

We enjoyed our stay at your place. Only minor complaint was the lack of staff to ask questions. We had no toilet roll for 2 days and had to buy our own as well as nobody emptied the trash. Also the wifi was not much good.

The place is perfect, staff are nice. I would definitely book here again when going back to Barcelona. I have recommended this place to my friends.

Lovely apartment in great location. Very clean, comfy beds , really spacious . Great even though we were late checking in .

We had to change apartments last minute due to a problem with an existing Airbnb rental. The staff responded immediately and was very accommodating to get us in early and drop off our luggage in this nicely air conditioned apartment. It is nice to have a receptionist who buzzed us in and greeted us back and saved us from fishing to find our keys. Clean modern apartment with a small veranda to watch street scene below.

Hemos estado muy confortables en este alojamiento limpio poca ruido sercanona las ramblas y zona centro de la cuidad lo único que no funcionaba del todo bien es la wifi por lo demás encantados de nuestra estancia volveremos

Wish it was cheaper as the towels were not clean and we had to go buy tissue papers as the cleaners wouldn't give it despite asking a few times

We were very pleased with the accommodation. Everything was very clean and it was wonderful to have so much space. The location worked out well for us. We would definitely recommend Charmsuites to others.

the rooms are basic but comfortable. A little tlc would go a long way though (stuff like cutlery holders, fixing broken fittings, etc). That said, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would definitely book again.

Nice 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment located on the Main Street with a variety of bars, cafes, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance. Eddie at the front desk was kind enough to set up a taxi to pick us up the next morning and take us to the airport which we truly appreciated! The subway is on the same block for those who want to use public transportation to get to other areas of the city.

Das Apartment liegt sehr günstig zur Altstadt und dem Montjuc.Es ist groß ,hell und sauber, leider ist die Ausstattung ein bisschen steril und auf das nötige beschränkt. Sonst war alles gut.

We arrived a bit early but were allowed in to our room to put our bags in, and were given the room keys (room was still in the process of being cleaned). When we returned after our day out, the room was absolutely spotless. Smelled lovely and fresh and was very clean too. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath, both with showers), very spacious living area (sofa bed if needed), with dining table and very well equipped kitchen. There was also a washing machine tucked away - very handy. If we were staying longer than three days, we would have had everything we needed in that room to function. Just a small balcony looking over a very busy street as we were at the front of the building, which to be honest, was very noisy - however, unless you stay in the hills, there is some element of noise wherever you stay as its a very vibrant and bustling city. Location was great, staff very friendly and helpful (not that we needed them much) and very clean reception area. One hint would be not

I've now stayed at charmsuites on around 5 or 6 occasions and always loved the location. You walk out the front door and everything you need is within walking distance. Apartments are clean, beds are comfy and staff are always really helpful. We had mark this time and he helped as best he could with the airline losing my wife's bag. Will definitely be back and soon as I can. Thanks again guys.

Todo correcto, personal muy amable y una buena calidad precio. Tan solo mejoraría el equipamiento del apto (un zumero, algunos cubiertos mas, una fregona en condiciones (la nuestra estaba rota y asquerosa, inutilizable) y un poco la imagen general del mismo (pintar las paredes sobre todo)

Les murs ont besoin d'être repeint. Il y a beaucoup de poussière et de moisissure sur les grilles d'aération. Le rideau de douche est beaucoup taché. La literie est bonne et l'appartement est bien situé. Cela dit l'avenue est bruyante. Pas de terrasse alors que lors de la réservation c'était prévu. Bon accueil

Friendly and helpful staff at reception. A spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Ideally located near a metro station and bus stops. Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants close by too. Highly recommended for families.

We are very glad and satisfied with our stay in this appartment. Very accessible for transport only 2 mins walk. Grocery story is across the building and if you want fast chain like McDonald, KFC, BK etc. it will take only 1-3 mins walk. Oh ja, the Filipino guys at reservation desk they are very friendly and helpful especially with the directions. This place I can highly recommend and surely will come back here.

We were very happy with both apartments we stayed in. Both were clean. Well equipped, nicely decorated. The man who welcomed us was very polite and Helton. We would definitely stay there again, and would recommend. Charmsuites to family and friends if ever they visit Barcelona. Barbara Haywood

Gute Lage unweit der Metrostation "paralel". Insbesondere die Ausstattung mit zwei Badezimmern ist ein großes Plus. Auch das Zimmer zur Straße ist durch ordentliche Fenster ausreichend ruhig, trotz des umfangreichen Verkehrs. Hier würden wir wieder buchen.
