Tiene 55 m2 un comedor living con T.V.plana y D.V.D, con cocina integrada totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina. La habitación es doble y dispone de un baño completo. Es un apartamento nuevo con de aire acondicionado y calefacción en todo el apartamento. INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE:Se deberá abonar directamente en el establecimiento la cantidad correspondiente a la Tasa Turística obligatoria: 3.30€ por persona adulta y noche hasta un máximo de 7 días

Nous avons louer un appartement pour 6 personnes le nettoyage était clean et l accueil correct, ceci dis on a rencontré des problèmes pour l eau chaude, il y en a jamais assez pour tt le monde.

We stayed in apartment 3 floor 1 which was very spacious with open plan lounge, dining table and kitchen. The bedroom and lounge both opened out on to a huge terrace with sun loungers and another dining table - the largest terrace I have seen for one apartment. I was amazed by the apartment especially given its city centre location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was a great find and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when in Barcelona. Fantastic apartment.

The apartment is great and as advertised. A very good location -- walkeable to much of Barcelona. The apartment was good sized; very new and clean; had new appliances; a huge backyard patio; and because it has a front desk and a locked door to the building, felt very safe. I'd stay there again and would recommend it to others as well.
