The appartment was good only to sit was not good , we gave tot sit on a sofabed.and the douche was verry small, also the bed was not good to soft. We didn’t had a balcony. And the way to fire escape was blocked so we coudend go there

Was very good, close to everything. Staff was excellent the only problem was the bed hard a sharp edges and me and my children hard lot of cuts. I like to stay with you next time but will like downstairs because of children safety thanks.

Buena experiencia en general. Mejoraría la información sobre el check in, ya que se nos indica que debemos enviar un sms o email desde la puerta para que venga a entregarnos las llaves, y nadie nos respondió. Al final, entramos y recogimos las llaves en recepción. Salvo eso, el resto bien.

Wonderful staff. Needed to move from front to back of building which was easily arranged with a smile. Location superb and building very modern and bright.
