Very comfortable and nice location, price is high for the value. the kitchen needs more assets, the number of towels is low. Otherwise- the comfortability I great with the exceptions of the very small second sleeping room which si actually not for two persons.

The check in/out was done easily by 2 guys which were were very friendly. We arrived at 12 and since the check in is done at 14 they were open to leave the luggage in a room till the apartment is ready. The apartment was toward the street which is very crowded but inside the apartment you could not hear the noise. The building is very close to a subway station which connects you to the city.

Worked out perfect for us! The front desk person was outstanding. It was the same person for check in and checkout. Helped with our luggage at check in. And got us a taxi at checkout.

The equipment in the kitchen was limited and needs restocking. Better cleaning is needed as the curtains were dusty and the kitchen cabinets were dirty. It’s a good sized space except the double room which is tight around the bed.

The apartment was large and clean! It’s on a busy street but still great neighborhood (and quiet once inside). Check in was very fast and easy! Apartment was large. There are no amenities whatsoever - no soap or shampoo or waste baskets in the bathrooms, very scratchy towels, and thin pillows. For the cost, I think those basics should be included or upgraded.

Everything was good. The apartment is clean and super well located. Not sure whether the neighboring apartment was rented or smb lives there, but the neighbors were too loud. The walls are super thin and we couldn't sleep until 2-3 am for 2 nights.

There is a need for some renovation in the apartment . You shall add many thing ( small pots, glasses, dishes etc...to the kitchen and a dish washer will be perfect).

L'appartement en lui même est tres confortable et spacieux. L'atout majeur : les deux salles de bains et toilettes. Petit plus pour le balcon. L'appartement était propre et bien rangé à notre arrivée. Cuisine fonctionnelle et bel espace à vivre dans le salon, salle à manger, les chambres sont également spacieuses. Le seul point faible est l'insonorisation de la porte d'entrée, les fenêtres en double vitrage sont en revanche assez efficaces et heureusement car la rue est très bruyante. L'acceuil un peu froid mais efficace pour les dernières formalités.

Great location, only a 10 minute walk to las Ramblas with a metro station a 20 second walk away. Apartments had a nice view either side and beds/sofa beds were so comfy! Great stay and would recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment. The only things we missed were a vacuum cleaner and a dishcloth. This in order to keep the apartment more clean throughout the week.

Excellent spacious apartment. Eric was great. Cannot beat this location. Apartment was so clean and the kitchen was great. Metro was right outside. Walkable to las ramblas, gothic quarter, port vell and parc Montjuic. Loads of restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommended. Just needs to add one more garbage can to apt. Only has one in kitchen for entire apt.

I stayed on 2 different occasions, once for 3 nights with my friends and then for 2 nights with my husband a week later. The location and helpfulness of the front office people are great...when they are there. It is very difficult to not have someone available on call in the case of an emergency. That is what we had to deal with. We had an early morning departure and were asked to leave our keys on the dining table, which we did. Unfortunately my husband shut the door before realizing his suitcase was inside. This occurred at 5:30 a.m. between that time and 7:00 a.m. we called multiple times and no one answered. We left a message, sent an SMS, no reply. So we had to leave without our bag. Once we arrived back in California, we called and were told no one can help us with the bag any more. We are left stranded without our belongings and think it is unfair that there is no contact available during the time the front desk is not covered. This is extremely inconvenient. This is second time we've stayed in these apartments,location is perfect, walking distance to Las Ramblas & metro station right outside. Very clean, great air con, easy check in/out. Was able to leave luggage on morning of departure & collect later. Would definitely recommend.

Bom dia! Desculpe-me pelo atraso, porem como ja avalie o local é muito bom. o chekin fo ibom com atendimento muito bom. Porem muita exigencia quanto a hotrario de chegada, graças a Deus chegamos a tempo de nao pagar multa. No apartamento tem tudo para hospedagem, mas falta um espelho e o wifi pessima, outra coisa só fica na portaria uma parte da manhã e quando vai receber hospede.

2 of enjoyed our two night stay at the apartment. Housekeeping rectified the issues we had very quickly so can’t complain. The apartment is a good size with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and balcony with a good air con system. The shower wasn’t fit for purpose so should be replaced. The location is on the main road with plenty of shops within meters. We walked to the beach in around 35 minutes but can get a taxi for less than €10 and 10 minutes. There was only one English speaking channel on the tv but there was a DVD player so should bring dvds to watch. The building was very clean and fresh. I would recommend.

The apartment was clean and furnished with all needs, as well as written on the website. We had some problems with other guests because of a terrible smell of marijuana , from other apartments for 3 days, and because of someone screamed loudly in the middle of the last night of our journey ,just out of the door of the apartment.

Great location in Barcelona. We had a large group and stayed in 3 apartments after a 7 night cruise. We took the Blue Bus from the port to Barcelona city and walked 750 meters to the apartment. Some others in our group took a cab, but because of the long taxi line at port, the walking group arrived 30 minutes before them. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance and the taxi stand is right out front. We easily walked to the Gothic District. The concierge was easy to communicate with and very accomodating. Apartment was clean and well appointed. We only stayed one night but the accommodations would be fine for a long term stay.

We stayed in apartment 3 floor 1 which was very spacious with open plan lounge, dining table and kitchen. The bedroom and lounge both opened out on to a huge terrace with sun loungers and another dining table - the largest terrace I have seen for one apartment. I was amazed by the apartment especially given its city centre location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was a great find and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when in Barcelona. Fantastic apartment.

Great stay at Charm suites Nou Rambla. Mark, at the reception , was very helpful. He even flagged down a taxi for us from across the street when we checked out with heavy suitcases. The apartment was huge and very clean. Lots of shops/eateries up the street at Av. Pararel . Walking distance to most attractions. On Saturdays, there is a small farmer's market on the street going towards the Columbus statue. Recommended !

The apartments are spacious and in a good position. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 4 of us and a large outside terrace which was great. There are shops, restaurants and a metro station very close by and it was about a 20 minute walk to las Ramblas. We had a problem with a window lock and we were impressed that the receptionist fixed it himself as the maintenance man was not available. I would highly recommend these apartments.

Excellent apartment, couldn’t fault it, perfect location, less than 10 mins walk into Las Ramblas. Lovely bakery next door for fresh pastries in the morning. The directions to get to the apartment were very clear - we took the bus & metro which was easy, quick & cheap. Thank you!

Everything was how we expected - not bad, but not excellent! Staff greeted us on arrival and that was great (we arrived at 00:30)! Two of us had to sleep on a sofa (we knew that), but there were no blankets for 6 guest, only for 4 (it was cold at that time)! There was no toilet treats, no wc brush and only one trash basket in the kitchen! Window in the master bedroom was a bit broken, we couldn’t close it till all the way (as I told, it was cold weather)! But the staff was great and helpful! Location was great! Thank you!

Check in staff were awesome -- friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. We were allowed to view two apartments to ensure that we were satisfied and they stored our luggage at reception. Best of all, we arrived in town very early in the morning and were allowed to check-in several hours before the scheduled time. We will be back. Thank you/Gracias!!

We stayed at this apartment with a couple and 2 children. A wonderful location. Excellent cost performance. There were lots of supermarkets and restaurants around and we were satisfied. The office staff is also friendly and comfortable. The room was comfortable and it was a wonderful flat. The only bad thing is that the hot water in the shower has become cold water on the way. This apartment you'd like to recommend to all guests. We will definitely return here.

This 1 bedroom apartment with terrace met our needs for 3 nights precruise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had a big balcony with a sliding glass door from the living area and the bedroom. There was a washer, fridge, stove, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, plus adequate dishes, utensils and pots and a large screen tv. It could be great with a few small updates. The shower head needs replacing, there are no towel bars, add chairs to the terrace, supply toiletries and a dish towel. closet is useless as it's too close to the bed to utilize. I asked for a double bed and got 2 singles pushed together but made up separately. These are small things but overall we had a lovely 3 nights and appreciated being right next to the metro, bus stop and taxi stand.

Great acomodation in walking distance to center of Barcelona. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms so we had great comfort. All appartment was clean and well equipped. Also employees were very nice and helpful. What we didn´t like were too soft beds where we had first nighr ptoblem to sleap. Also there was quite noise from next biulding - theatre where some castings were running at that time. But I´d recommend this place

The appartment was good only to sit was not good , we gave tot sit on a sofabed.and the douche was verry small, also the bed was not good to soft. We didn’t had a balcony. And the way to fire escape was blocked so we coudend go there

We loved the location and size of the apartments. They are close to the cruise port and within walking distance of most attractions. Easy access to the metro and lots of shopping nearby. The kitchen was well equipped with full size stove and fridge.

Comments: my husband fell on your bathtub, because there is no tab mat. We are thankful he did not fell on his head but thru his back and arms, he got bruises which we send a copy of the picture to Charmsuuites management and reported this incident. Also you need to use the address where guest are to be checking inn and not the apartment address. That's what I can say about this facility

The apartment and staff were great. But I think there could have been a kettle in apartment and we had to ask for tea towel. All the Air bnb I have stayed at always leave the basics like tea/coffee milk and sugar but there was nothing at this apartment. Also shower was a little grubby.

The outside of the apartment block looks very scruffy but inside is nice and spacious and clean. It would have been nice if there had been a kettle to make a cup of tea and a saucepan to boil some eggs but everything else was ok

We had the impression the appartment was a bit worn-out: showerheads were broken, shower was clogged up (taking a shower = flooded bathroom -> clear traces of soaked up water in the bathroom door). Kitchen equipment was very poor: not even a pot to boil stuff, no coffee machine, no dishcloths, no soap, ...). Remote of TV had no batteries, ... Outside of the building was very dirty (graffitis + mud/dust). Sunday evening/night was very noisy: we were in the side street in front of the Apolo nightclub... tough night... but luckily this stopped the days after. It's a pity because the appartment is very nice, very spacious, ... but it lacks a bit of decoration, a bit fresh paint would do miracles. With little effort the appartment could be so much nicer! Location is very good: 20 mintutes walk from Columbus statue where we took the hop-on-hopoff bus, 20 minutes to the Ramblas. The neigbourhood is "exotic" but nice. And Barcelona itself is one of the most beautiful cities in the world

You literally come out of the apartment and everything is accessible. I would definitely recommend Charm Suites!!

Check-in and check-out was smooth. Friendly helpdesk. Room was not well cleaned. Certain things in the room were broken. Like curtain rod near terrace sliding door, electric sockets out of the wall near couch, window of bathroom could not lock, one of night dressers was broken near the bed and placed in the closer for repair i guess. Freezer should be ice free. I wish kitchen had more pans and pots for cooking. Internet connection was poor on the 7th floor, don't know about other floors. Overall it was a nice apartment that needs a bit update attention. Then it would of have been more value for money. I would stay again if the above were fixed.

Was very good, close to everything. Staff was excellent the only problem was the bed hard a sharp edges and me and my children hard lot of cuts. I like to stay with you next time but will like downstairs because of children safety thanks.

Fantastic location, 5 minute walk from La Rambla, the metro station is literally on the street outside (Paral-lel). Didn't quite live up to the photos as the apartments were obviously dressed for the occasion but even so, the beds were comfy, the showers (2 of them) were hot and the WiFi was great for what we needed. Air con was a godsend. (No local charge.) There was a hairdryer too. We had a 2 bedroomed apartment and the square footage was vast so no falling over each other! The kitchen had everything we needed - sharp knife, corkscrew, toaster etc. Mugs were tiny so if you like your coffee in the morning take your own. Our apartment could have done with a bit of tlc (the bedside shelf fell off the wall when I put one of those tiny mugs on it!) and we looked forward to having a balcony and didn't get one. Could do with a scheduled cleaning service, we didn't get our beds changed and had to ask for clean towels. We had a fantastic time though and would use Charmsuites again.

We enjoyed our stay at your place. Only minor complaint was the lack of staff to ask questions. We had no toilet roll for 2 days and had to buy our own as well as nobody emptied the trash. Also the wifi was not much good.

Affordable, safe and comfortable apartment spacious for two. Booked in and out easily and appreciated travel from airport to apartment being organised for us. Well equipt kitchenette with fridge/freezer and washing machine. Could have done with some cutting knives. Loved our additional balcony although looked abit tired would benefit from a full clean. Air conditioning in living space was excellent but wasnt so good in the bedroom. Bathroom looked smart but needs some maintainance to the tiles and shower head didnt stay in place so we werent able to shower. Receptionists always friendly. Lobby and lifts clean. Excellent base to visit the rest of Barcelona from. With a metro stop almost outside the entrance and an easy walk to the harbour and long beach.

We had to change apartments last minute due to a problem with an existing Airbnb rental. The staff responded immediately and was very accommodating to get us in early and drop off our luggage in this nicely air conditioned apartment. It is nice to have a receptionist who buzzed us in and greeted us back and saved us from fishing to find our keys. Clean modern apartment with a small veranda to watch street scene below.

The location is quite good, short stroll to La Rambla and Columbus statue (less then 10 minutes). More importantly metro station is the next door. There are few supermarkets and groceries shops around. There is usually someone at the door. We arrived Saturday morning and had to call he manager, he arrived less then a minute after the call. The apartment itself is quite spacey, even though the second bedroom is a bit small and has a double bed (instead of separate beds). Two bathrooms are very convenient, the kitchen has basic amenities. The guys downstairs are fairly responsive. The kitchen didn't have a kettle, but when I asked for it the cleaner brought it in few minutes. The only criticism/wish I have is to have some basic supplies. We only had toilet paper and paper towels, not even a soap in the bathroom. I presume if we asked for it they could have provided and we bought one in the supermarket. so it's not an issue. All in all a good stay for a family of four.

There is a huge problem with your staff, namely with the receptionist who worked at our eviction on July 9. It's just a rude, insolent, scampy, uncultured bribe !!! This boor allowed himself to open his loud mouth and shout at us when we waited for him under the front door for more than 15 minutes. We had to get our things in the baggage room. We were very late for the airport for our flight, our taxi was waiting for us, but we could not leave, because your employee at the reception desk was not present at his workplace, and when he showed up, he opened his mouth to us and yelled at us, insulting us , degrading our dignity. How can this boor open his mouth to customers who pay you money, and he gets his salary from that money? This is not possible! I earnestly ask you to punish this boor and dismiss him f

We enjoyed the amount of space in the apartment for the 3 of us staying there. It can get quite noisy with the street noise outside but it was very close to La Rambla and the beach so it was good. Only big disappointment was the room next to us we’re partying all night the night before we were leaving and there was no one we could contact at the time to complain.

Our stay at Charmsuites was very nice. The only issue we had was the shower went cold very quickly. VERY quickly. We basically had time to wash out hair and do a very quick wash down with shampoo and that was it. Everything else was good.

Our only bad experience were the loud neighbours on Friday and Saturday night (til morning...). The staff handled it perfectly however. Overall, we loved our stay.

Clean and tastefully presented. Fantastic bar called Marcopolo directly outside. About 15 minute walk to La Ramblas. Difficult to locate after dark! Rooms with 2 bedrooms would be better with an extra bathroom but for the price it was adequate. Shame about other residents being extremely noisy during our stay.

We stayed on 4-7 of June, 2018. Mark was the front desk clerk on that day he seemed very quiet, but he is a super kind person. The apartment is located about 15 to 20 minutes walking from one of the main tourist street in Barcelona ( La Rambla). Very clean place and great location for us. My family and I felt very safe there. I will definitely stay here again.

We really loved the location, you were very helpful at check-in, and the beds were comfy.The kitchen and bedrooms were nice, and the area felt safe. :)It was good value for money. We were disappointed that we did not have enough duvets (2 missing), and the 2 we had were dirty and stained without any covers available. We were also missing hairdryer despite specifically requesting. We were not impressed by the bathroom, as the shower attachment was broken so we could not attach it, also there was no toilet brush, and it generally needs a spruce up.

We booked four apartments for my friends hen party. The communication before and during our stay was excellent. I always had a response straight away. All the apartments were spacious for six people and two bathrooms were very handy. The property was very clean. The apartments are situated about 15 minute walk from La Rambles and we flagged down taxi for the rest of our stay. There is a 24 hour shop opposite which was very handy and a mc Donald’s and subway next door. I would definitely recommend these apartments for large groups ! Thank you we loved Barcelona !!!

This place is near the metro station. It was easy to find and the unit we stayed is well secured. It was on the 6th floor with elevators so it was quiet enough during the night. The cool air condition is perfect. This is minor but it would have been nice if the place provided some of the basic bath toiletries like body soap & hair shampoo.

Nice 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment located on the Main Street with a variety of bars, cafes, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance. Eddie at the front desk was kind enough to set up a taxi to pick us up the next morning and take us to the airport which we truly appreciated! The subway is on the same block for those who want to use public transportation to get to other areas of the city.

FYI - 3 couples of my group of 12 couples stayed with you from April 22 to April 25. their reservation #'s were 202204858 & 202246758 & 202205134. All 3 of these reservations were charged TWICE! As their travel agent, I have tried since last week to have 'AGODA' hotels resolve this, but, so far, to no avail. Please advise me if you can correct this situation. May Thanks, Douglas Brown

We arrived a bit early but were allowed in to our room to put our bags in, and were given the room keys (room was still in the process of being cleaned). When we returned after our day out, the room was absolutely spotless. Smelled lovely and fresh and was very clean too. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath, both with showers), very spacious living area (sofa bed if needed), with dining table and very well equipped kitchen. There was also a washing machine tucked away - very handy. If we were staying longer than three days, we would have had everything we needed in that room to function. Just a small balcony looking over a very busy street as we were at the front of the building, which to be honest, was very noisy - however, unless you stay in the hills, there is some element of noise wherever you stay as its a very vibrant and bustling city. I arrived on a Sunday night and notified Eric via phone that I was ten minutes away. I waited at the entrance for no more than 2 minutes before he arrived and checked me in and showed me to my apartment. He was very proud of the fact the there was a second wifi address as I had previously stayed at the Charmsuites and and had a small issue with speed of the wifi. I also asked him if he could put my friends who were coming into town 2 days later on the same floor and he did. I am definitely staying here again. Great location and plenty of space and ask for room on back of the building as balcony is much larger.

I've now stayed at charmsuites on around 5 or 6 occasions and always loved the location. You walk out the front door and everything you need is within walking distance. Apartments are clean, beds are comfy and staff are always really helpful. We had mark this time and he helped as best he could with the airline losing my wife's bag. First we booked a 1 bedroom appartement. The sleepingcouch didn’t fulfill our expectations. The matras was very thin, we could feel the iron beneath it. So we changed to a 2 bedroom apparent. The beds were perfect. The whole appartement may use a technical freshing up because a lot of things were (half) broken.

So, please let customer know there were 2 entrances and which place they have to use. I was confused that the voucher address is Rambla, but your e-mail was Parallel 65. 2. I stayed at 3-3 of Parallel, I think you have to change kitchen equipment. They were so old and not clean. Except 2 points, I was really happy.

A very large apartment which was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and gave good information about shops and location. The only downside was there were no hand towels, tea towels, a bath mat or an anti slip bath mat. Also there were no draws space to put bit & pieces in, but there was a lot of hanging space. We manage very well, as we just live out of our suitcases. Great for 3 nights but would have became a problem if we were staying any longer

Me and my boyfriend rented the "aticfloor" for a week. It was plenty of room for us and it was clean and fresh. Bur if youre planning to cook food at the apartement you have to think smart because there is nearly empty in the kitchen.. and it was a bit smelly from the bathroom. We are very glad and satisfied with our stay in this appartment. Very accessible for transport only 2 mins walk. Grocery story is across the building and if you want fast chain like McDonald, KFC, BK etc. it will take only 1-3 mins walk. Oh ja, the Filipino guys at reservation desk they are very friendly and helpful especially with the directions. This place I can highly recommend and surely will come back here.

Very good check in despite arrival at 1.30, and we checked out at 15 which was great. There could be soap and a few more kitchen ustensils but overall it was enough for us.

All 5 of us Ladies enjoyed our stay at Charmsuities, they helped us with any problem we had. We felt safe their. The WiFi didn,t work that good, but not that big of a problem,we were on vacation. Would stay there again.

Great location! Big appartment with 2 bathrooms. Change of towels was fine (take dirty towels to the guy at the reception).

The location was great, along with the room size and value. Check-in was a bit disorganized, but checking out was a breeze. We did have an issue with our electricity going out, but it was quickly resolved. I am a travel agent, and I would recommend this property to any clients visiting Barcelona! :-)

Lovely clean apartments, staff willing to help when we need any extras, kettle , taxi etc. Far enough away from any disturbance but near enough to all shops, bars and a cafes.

Mark was most helpful in checking us in and out, along with booking us a taxi for our departure. The apartment was great value for money and helped to make our stay more comfortable. I would highly recommend Charmsuites and would consider using them in the future. Great location and clean apartment.

Location was good, close to resturants, shops, metropol, las ramblas, camp nou and more. The apartment was big and clean , bed and soffa comfy. Price was ok . Reception staff was helpful.

Quite a good place for a family or young couples as well. Good location. I needed some glasses for wine in the kitchen, but I could manage it.

The apartment is great and as advertised. A very good location -- walkeable to much of Barcelona. The apartment was good sized; very new and clean; had new appliances; a huge backyard patio; and because it has a front desk and a locked door to the building, felt very safe. I'd stay there again and would recommend it to others as well.

First time in Barcelona and had a brilliant time with great accommodation to return to after our busy days out sightseeing. Apartment clean and modern with excellent facilities. Good location - lots of local eating places and supermarket nearby. Staff were friendly and really helpful with our email queries prior to visit and during our stay. Able to leave luggage on first and last day which was a bonus given time of flights. Would definitely stay here again.

Always enjoy our stay here and this is at least the 6th time we have stayed here. Staff are very friendly and always polite and welcoming to us each day. The traffic can be noisy and late night drinkers too but it doesn't bother us that much. Cheap bars around the corner which serve great tapas too which is another reason for us staying here 😀. Metro very close with links to where ever you need to get to within Barcelona, airport is less than an hour away via the Metro and Renfe Trains. Ten minute walk to La Rambla and about 20 minute walk to the beach. Enjoy your stay.

We stayed with our 15 month old and Loved the stay! Friendly and helpful staff . Spacious rooms. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Functional appliances- washing machine, kettle, stove top, microwave. Didnt have any issues with anything. Would recommend to families with kids.
